  The Laptop power jack replacement service includes the DC power jack itself, the   replacement of the jack, repair of any broken traces found, reinforcement of the new
   jack (to prevent future problems), complementary overall system check out, and
   will also check power adapter and its plug (often gets damaged along with the
   DC power jack, in an accident). If it is damaged, I can provide you a free estimate on the power adapter (of what's needed to fix).  If your laptop turns out, not to have a DC power jack problem, and the problem is something else.
